What makes our peeling unique?
Our Skin Renewal Peeling is unique in that the treatment not only produces a superior peeling that is safe, but is also extremely effective. It achieves a true rejuvenation of the skin resulting in the dramatic improvement in its elasticity, texture and color. Some peelings can destroy the cells in the deeper layers of the epidermis, leading to the damage of delicate skin tissue. With our unique peeling formulation, any risks are removed by using special base ingredients which have no penetration properties and cannot carry the peeling process too deeply into the skin. The peel penetrates to a certain level and no further therefore leaving less opportunity for human error and no toxic side-effects.

Lynda van der Spuy - Owner of Elaine Brennan Skin Renewal Peeling LLC

Lynda was born in South Africa where she completed most of her tertiary education in aesthetics. She attended the Cidesco recognized Jill Farquharson International College of Health and Beauty Therapy in Durban, studied advanced electrolysis, permanent makeup implantation and vein cautery. She learnt stage and makeup artistry at the Jose de Sousa international school of beauty and makeup artistry. Lynda spent many years working together with her mother, Elaine in their Johannesburg clinic performing the superior chemical peeling treatments, customized advanced clinical facial treatments tailored to specific needs and formulating the clinic's range of facial cosmetic products. Formulating is her passion.
After marrying and relocating to Durban in South Africa, she owned and operated her own clinic and branch of the "Elaine Brennan Skin Renewal Clinic" until immigrating to the USA in 1995. Lynda, now retired from clinical practice, trains qualified practitioners both in the USA and world wide on how to use the fabulous Elaine Brennan Skin Renewal Peeling in their own practices.
Elaine Brennan - Our Founder

Elaine was born in South Africa. She received her extensive education in England and France focusing on Remedial electrolysis and Medical Skin Care. Upon returning to South Africa, she owned and operated the highly successful "Elaine Brennan Skin and Electrolysis Clinic" in Johannesburg from 1967 to 1998. Elaine Brennan was the pioneer of skin peeling in South Africa over 40 years ago as well as medical cryotherapy which is used for scar revision. Elaine formulated her own range of clinical facial cosmetics in the 1970's utilizing Vitamin A and potent antioxidants before they became popularized and recognized for their use in skincare products.
Her clinic was an Institute accredited by CIDESCO which is based in Zurich, Switzerland and guarantees worldwide standards of expertise. She immigrated to the United States in 1998 to be closer to her children and grandchildren and opened her West Annapolis Clinic, specializing in advanced para medical skin therapy, specialized chemical peelings, remedial electrolysis, micro-pigmentation, remedial camouflage and scar revision (including burn victims, mastectomy scars, cleft lip scars), up until she retired in 2011.
